CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to an abundant amount of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we now reserve the right to implement a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire service amount of any service of our choice. If the service is not booked online then an invoice via Square can be emailed to you. This guarantees your appointment time and verifies that you are fully aware of the cancellation policy.
At the Waxing Boutique, we strive to provide the utmost in personalized waxing services to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request:
* Cancellations one full business day in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. Please cancel by email and phone call/voicemail in case one or the other hasn’t been received.
* Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service
* “No shows” will need to remit the cost of the missed appointment prior to booking another service.
* A client with one or more “no shows” will need to prepay for all services.
