About the Boutique
The Waxing Boutique offers face and body waxing for women and
men, eye lash and eye brow tinting, semi-permanent eye lash
extensions, and special occasion and bridal make-up. Two waxing products are always available:Follique, a solution for ingrown hairs, and Topicane, a 5% numbing gel that really helps prior to any Bikini, Brazilian or underarm waxing, this product works the best when used an hour prior to your appointment. About the Owner
The owner, Melissa Avila, has been a licensed esthetican since
1992. Before opening The Waxing Boutique, she was an employee
of the Gene Juarez Salons for 10 years. She also graduated in 2003
from the Blanche MacDonald School for Film and Television Make Up
in Vancouver, British Columbia. In her free time, she enjoys walking Greenlake with Geisha her Shiba Inu and Pharoah her Basenji.
